Service description
Scribai is a native note-taking app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It includes features for note management, audio recording, and AI-powered transcription and formatting. Some features depend on network access and backend services. It is published by Alejandro Ahijado Ibarra, an independent developer.
Acceptable use
You may use Scribai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not use Scribai to create, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the app or its backend services.
Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the notes, audio recordings, and any other content you create or submit through Scribai.
The developer is not responsible for any loss of content or consequences arising from your use of Scribai.
Subscriptions
Scribai offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Free, Pro Writer, Power User) billed by Apple.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a paid subscription.
The developer does not process refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
Availability and changes
The developer may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Cloud-backed features such as transcription depend on backend availability and network connectivity.
Termination
The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Scribai if you violate these terms or if required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scribai. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
