By downloading or using Facturonomo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Service description
Facturonomo is a minimalist invoicing app for freelancers and self-employed professionals in Spain. It lets you create invoices with automatic VAT (IVA) and income tax withholding (IRPF) calculations, generate PDFs on-device, and share them via the system share sheet. The app works entirely on-device: no backend, no cloud, no account required. It is published by Alejandro Ahijado Ibarra, an independent developer.
Acceptable use
You may use Facturonomo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not use Facturonomo to create fraudulent invoices or any documents intended to deceive.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the app.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all fiscal and legal information entered in each invoice — including tax rates, withholding amounts, recipient details, and invoice numbering — is correct and compliant with applicable Spanish regulations.
Facturonomo is a practical tool to help you issue invoices. It does not provide fiscal or legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any specific regulation.
Facturonomo does not integrate with the AEAT (Agencia Tributaria), does not support Verifactu, and is not a substitute for professional tax or accounting advice.
The developer is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or regulatory non-compliance in the invoices you create with the app.
Availability and changes
The developer may update, modify, or discontinue features of Facturonomo at any time.
The app is provided "as is" and the developer does not guarantee that it will be error-free or meet every specific invoicing requirement.
Termination
The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Facturonomo if you violate these terms or if required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Facturonomo, including any tax penalties or fiscal consequences resulting from incorrect invoices. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
