Facturonomo is a minimalist invoicing app for freelancers and self-employed professionals in Spain. Privacy is built into how it works: the app runs entirely on your device, requires no account, and never sends your data to external servers.
What is Facturonomo
Facturonomo lets you create professional invoices, calculate VAT (IVA) and income tax withholding (IRPF) automatically, generate PDFs directly on your device, and share them via your preferred app. It is published by Alejandro Ahijado Ibarra, an independent developer.
Data processing — on-device only
Facturonomo has no backend. All data is processed and stored locally on your device.
No account or registration is required to use the app.
Your invoices, client records, issuer profile, and generated PDFs are stored exclusively on your device.
The developer does not have access to any data you enter in Facturonomo.
Local storage
All app data — including invoice history, client list, issuer profile, and any logo you add — is stored locally on your device only.
This data is not synced to any server controlled by the developer.
If you use iCloud backup or device migration, Apple's standard backup mechanisms apply and are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
PDF generation and sharing
PDFs are generated directly on your device without any server request.
You can share invoices via the system share sheet (Mail, Files, WhatsApp, and other compatible apps).
Sharing only happens when you explicitly choose to do so. Facturonomo never shares your documents automatically.
Analytics and tracking
Facturonomo does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries.
No usage data, behavioural data, or personal information is collected or sent to the developer or any third party.
Data sales
The developer does not sell personal data. No personal information is shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Children
Facturonomo is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Facturonomo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
