What is Equitly
Equitly is a personal finance and net worth tracking app for iPhone. It lets you record your assets and liabilities, monitor your portfolio, view current market prices for securities, and export PDF reports. All personal financial data is stored locally on your device. Equitly is published by Alejandro Ahijado Ibarra, an independent developer.
Purchase and payment
Equitly is a paid app sold at a one-time upfront price through the Apple App Store.
There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or recurring charges.
The one-time purchase grants you access to the full app and future updates distributed through the same version.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. The developer has no control over the refund process.
Not financial advice
Equitly is a personal tracking tool. It is not a financial adviser, investment platform, or regulated financial service.
Nothing in Equitly constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Do not make financial or investment decisions based solely on information shown in Equitly. Consult a qualified financial professional for personalised advice.
The developer is not responsible for any financial decisions or outcomes arising from your use of the app.
Data accuracy
Market prices displayed in Equitly are provided by third-party data sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
The developer does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market price data.
Net worth calculations and portfolio valuations are based on data you enter and market prices retrieved automatically. They may not reflect actual market conditions.
Always verify important financial figures from authoritative sources before making any decisions.
Your data and responsibility
All personal financial data you enter is stored exclusively on your device.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining appropriate backups of your device.
The developer is not responsible for any data loss arising from device failure, accidental deletion, or software errors.
Acceptable use
You may use Equitly only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the app.
Availability and changes
The developer may update, modify, or discontinue features of Equitly at any time.
The availability of market price data depends on third-party providers outside the developer's control.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Termination
The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any Equitly backend features (such as market data retrieval) if required by applicable law or if the service is abused.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including financial losses — arising from your use of Equitly or reliance on any data it displays.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
