Service description
Repitch is an app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that rewrites and adjusts the tone of text you provide. It is published by Alejandro Ahijado Ibarra, an independent developer. Certain features require a Repitch Premium subscription.
Acceptable use
You may use Repitch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not use Repitch to generate, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the app.
Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the text you enter into Repitch and for any content you choose to export or share.
The developer is not responsible for any consequences arising from how you use or distribute the output of Repitch.
Repitch Premium subscription
Repitch Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features beyond the free tier.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited immediately upon purchasing a Repitch Premium subscription.
The developer does not process refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
Availability and changes
The developer may update, modify, or discontinue features of Repitch at any time.
Availability of on-device AI processing depends on your device hardware and the version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS you are running.
Termination
The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Repitch if you violate these terms or if required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Repitch. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
